Throughout his thirty-year insurance and reinsurance career, Jed Morash has been regarded as one of the most highly regarded executives in the industry. A graduate of Tufts University, Mr. Morash joined an AIG company directly out of college, taking a job in reinsurance.

He rose steadily through the ranks of the reinsurance brokerage business before his switch to the underwriting side, commencing at Constitution Reinsurance.

Mr. Morash has worked for some of the largest and most reputable reinsurance related entities, such as Guy Carpenter and TIG. During his tenure running the Financial Products Division for Odyssey America, he developed one of the largest and most profitable divisions in the organization. Throughout his career, Mr. Morash has been known for his excellent work ethic, innovation and persistence, as well as for the personal touch that he brings to his client work.

Looking for a career change and seeking a way to combine his insurance knowledge with a love of real estate development, Mr. Morash moved to Dallas in 2006. Already the joint owner of over 8,000 apartment units throughout Texas, Mr. Morash continued to expand his investments within the commercial, multi-family and mixed-use arenas, and took advantage of significant market dislocation opportunities.

Once in Texas, Mr. Morash co-founded Commercial Risk Solutions Insurance Agency – the fulfillment of his professional and personal goals. An entrepreneur at heart, through Commercial Risk Mr. Morash can work closely with the company’s clients and employ his unique awareness of the insurance and real estate industries for their benefit.
