Mr. Morash has extensive first-hand knowledge of real estate development, providing him with a keen insight into all areas of Real Estate Insurance.
Mr. Morash has owned upward of 8,000 apartment units. Working closely with architects, construction companies and large homebuilders, Mr. Morash has developed both commercial properties as well as residential subdivisions in the Southwest. His real estate background provides a unique perspective on the realities of real estate development/multi-family ownership and the corresponding insurance required to manage and mitigate such exposures.
